By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We accept full prepaid payments and, where available, partial Cash on Delivery (COD), as shown at checkout. An order is confirmed only once payment, or the applicable advance for partial COD orders, has been received.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retro Rack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
